Cheaper than train fares: SpiceJet offers domestic tickets at Rs 599 : स्पाइसजेट लाया 599 में हवाईउड़ान का ऑफर

Travelling by air is now cheaper than a train ride. Budget carrier SpiceJet on Wednesday launched its “Cheaper Than Train Fares” sale offering all-inclusive domestic fares starting at Rs 599 and Rs 3,499 for international flights. The Gurgaon-based airline has put a total of four lakh seats on sale, of which 1 lakh are on offer for Rs 599 each.  The bookings can be made till February 13 for travel between July 1 and October 24, 2015.

“We are thrilled to continue to make air travel more affordable and accessible for more Indians than ever before, with our new unbelievable offer: the ‘Cheaper Than Train Fares’ sale,” said Kaneswaran Avili, chief commercial officer, SpiceJet Ltd.
विमान सेवा कंपनी स्पाइसजेट ने दो सप्ताह के भीतर चौथा ऑफर लॉच करते हुए चार लाख टिकटें ‘पहले आओ पहले पाओ’ के आधार पर बिक्री के लिए रखी हैं। इन टिकटों की शुरुआती कीमत 599 रुपये है। कंपनी ने बुधवार को बताया कि छूट शुरू हो चुकी है और यह 13 फरवरी तक जारी रहेगी।

Facebook and Reliance Internet.org initiative will provide popular websites with zero data charge

The Internet.org initiative will provide access to popular websites and services with zero data charge to make it easier for people to access the Internet across both the 2G and 3G platforms.
Facebook and Reliance Communications have launched Internet.net Android app in India. Internet.org aims to provide basic Internet access to people who aren’t yet connected for free. Last year in October, Facebook CEO had introduced the global project called Internet.org in the country.
“Users can can access these services in the Internet.org Android app, at http://www.internet.org, from the start screen of the Opera Mini mobile web browser, and using the Android app UC Browser for Internet.org. Most of the services will be available in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati and Marathi.”
